2008-08-13 Så är man åter från Värmlands djupa skogar. Vi bodde inte i centralorten Charlottenberg utan i Häljeboda som ligger 4 kilometer från gränsen till Norge.

Vi huserade på Folkets hus och spelarna i Heimer P13 tränade på den närbelägna Strandvallen, som låg mycket naturskönt intill den lilla sjön Vällen.

Det genomfördes tre träningar, men också en match. Egentligen skulle Heimer P13 ha mött ett jämngammalt pojklag från trakten, men dom blev förhindrade.

Istället mötte dom Edas damlag som spelar i division tre och det var inga 'små tjejer' i 15-16 års åldern utan ett välvuxet lag som var betydligt äldre. 		Häljeboda

När vi dök upp på deras hemmaplan hörde man hur dom 'konstaterade' att Heimers småpojkar inte skulle vara någon match.

Deras tränare hade även 'lovat' att 'försvaga laget' under pågående match ifall siffrorna skulle börja rinna iväg.

Men tänk....Heimers småpojkar - på 13 år - vann entimmarsmatchen med 3-1. Jag själv var linjeman och kunde då inte undvika att höra hur damlagets spelare inte sällan svor och förbannade sin oförmåga att bemästra pojklaget.
